On July 18–19, 2025, Constanța will host the first edition of the CyberSea Festival, an event dedicated to students and young professionals passionate about cybersecurity. The festival is organized by Women4Cyber Romania in collaboration with DNSC, Constanța Maritime University, ECCC, HiveHack/D3 Cyber, Ambasada.pro and ICI București. The chosen venue - the Maritime University Nautical Base — combines the vibrant seaside atmosphere with a dynamic environment for learning and innovation.
