This summer, Teodora Moraru, Co-founder of Ambasada, joined as a Gen Z Buddy in the “Redescoperim (TINE)RII” program, a pilot project by AMMARE x FONT, held at ZBOR Hub Constanța.
The program, dedicated to young people from Constanța, aimed to redefine the way we work with younger generations: through collaboration, horizontal mentorship, and genuine involvement in the life of the community.
“Redescoperim (TINE)RII” brought together multidisciplinary teams of high school students who worked on five major themes of adult life: education, culture, sports, civic engagement, and relationships.
The program’s model was collaborative, built on the principles of experiential learning and co-creation.

This structure enabled a natural, safe, and deeply collaborative learning environment, where every participant had the space to contribute, experiment, and express themselves.
The role of the Gen Z Buddy was not that of a trainer, but rather a process partner, a “translator” between the participants’ enthusiasm and the realities of the business, education, and innovation worlds.
Teodora had the opportunity to work closely with the Rocket Team, which developed the idea S.P.O.T. – an app designed to connect young people in Constanța with local opportunities for events, jobs, and internships.
The project started from a harsh reality:

S.P.O.T. aims to change this dynamic through a platform that highlights events, initiatives, and places where young people can grow both professionally and personally.
In the long term, the app envisions integrating job listings, internships, and a gamification system, turning community connection into a dynamic and meaningful experience.

The “Redescoperim (TINE)RII” project didn’t stop at ideas — it opened a national process through which the models developed in Constanța can be replicated in other cities, forming the foundation for a future National Youth Strategy.
