Who we are

Ambasada is a community hub for startups, builders and curious minds, based in Constanța, Romania. The website at www.ambasada.pro is operated by the Ambasada team.

Use of the site

• You can browse anything on this site freely.
• Don’t scrape it at high volume, abuse the contact or application forms, or attempt to bypass authentication on /admin.
• Don’t submit content (in forms or otherwise) that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes anyone’s rights.

Membership & the member area

Applying through /get-started does not guarantee membership. You can sign in to the member area while your application is pending, but full benefits (including partner perks) unlock only once we approve you. Approval is at our discretion. Membership terms, pricing and benefits are discussed individually with each accepted member.

We issue you a digital membership card (Apple/Google Wallet). Points, tiers and badges are a community loyalty feature: they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and we may adjust, expire or revoke them, and correct errors, at our discretion. Partner perks are offered by third parties and may change or end at any time. Don’t share your card or scanner links, or attempt to claim points or perks you didn’t earn.

We may suspend or remove an account for abuse, fraudulent check-ins or redemptions, or conduct that harms the community. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

Intellectual property

All text, photos and design on this site are © 2026 Ambasada, except where noted. Blog content can be quoted with attribution. Logos of partners, startups and community members belong to their respective owners.

The information on this site is provided as-is. We try to keep it accurate, but events, programs and member details change - always check with us directly before making a decision based on what you read here.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ambasada is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
