By using ambasada.pro or the member area you agree to these terms. They are short.

Who we are

Ambasada is a community hub for startups, builders and curious minds, based in Constanța, Romania. The website at www.ambasada.pro, the membership and the card are operated by Asociația AMBSD(CIF 55564279).

Using the site

Browse freely. Do not scrape at high volume, abuse the forms, or try to bypass authentication. Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes anyone’s rights.

Membership

• Membership is free. Anyone aged 16 or over can sign in with an email address or a Google, Apple or LinkedIn account. Signing in creates your account and accepts these terms and the Privacy Policy.
• You get a digital membership card for Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. It shows your name and the number of our events you have joined on Luma with the same email. The count is informational and has no monetary value.
• The For you feed carries offers, perks, forms and news from us and from partners. Partner offers are made by those partners, on their conditions, and can change or end at any time. We are not a party to what you buy from a partner.
• One account per person. Do not share codes or offers addressed to you personally.
• We can suspend an account that abuses the site, a partner or other members. You can delete your account at any time from your profile; that closes your card and removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The apps

The Ambasadaapps for iOS and Android are the member area on your phone, with notifications and a card scanner. Apple’s and Google’s store terms apply to downloading them, in addition to these terms.

The chat

• The chat is an AI assistant. Its answers are generated by an AI model and can be wrong or out of date; check anything important, and do not rely on it for legal, medical or financial decisions.
• Do not use it for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, or to generate content that infringes someone’s rights. We can limit or suspend access to the chat that is abused.

What members post

Topics you propose for an event are shown to other members. Keep them respectful and on topic. Proposals are checked automatically before they appear and we remove anything objectionable. To report something, write to [email protected]; we act on reports within 24 hours.

Events

Event registration happens on Luma under Luma’s terms. Each event may have its own rules, stated on its page.

Content

Text, images and code on this site belong to Ambasada or their respective owners. Startup logos and names belong to those startups. You may link to and quote the site with attribution.

No warranty

The site and the member area are provided as they are. We do our best to keep them working and accurate, but we make no guarantees, and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from their use, to the extent the law allows.

Law

Romanian law applies. Courts of Constanța have jurisdiction.

Changes

When these terms change materially we update the date above and members are asked to accept the new version at their next sign-in.
